Writing your own suicide note is easy and you only need to write what you wanted to be remembered.
First things first.
Explain why do you have to take your life.
ex.
I am tired of living and I want to know what it's like down under. :)
I am so heartbroken that I need to heal down there.
I got failed on my PE subject and I am very ashamed.
After that.
Write the names of the people who you want to say your sorry and tell them " Don't worry, i won't haunt you.".
When the names done.
Write things that you want them to take care of.
ex.
When I die, please take care of my dog. Make sure to give it a bath.
Tell my professor that I hate him for making me write my thesis backwards.
And the last part is.
Put your signature on.

Tell them not to investigate and make a party after you die. :)

su•i•cide n. 1. The intentional taking of one's own life. 2. One who takes or tries to take ones own life. 3. Personal or professional ruin brought on by ones own actions.
If is was to commit suicide.
I would do it with style.
Some people take their lives and be buried along with shame.
It is too distasteful dying and the would laugh at you.
The best way is to look clean and doubtful when they would found your body or when they see you die.
So I would take a bath, do shaving and i would put on my expensive shirt, tux, jacket or anything that would look good on me.
Wear my favorite labeled trousers, boxer's shorts, watch, shoes, etc.
When I'm finished with my clothes I would eat my favorite dish along with my favorite beverage.
Call my parents and tell them how much I love them and asks for forgiveness.
I would go to my wife or if you don't have one yet you can still have your best friend, boyfriend or girlfriend to be with you.
I would tell my wife how much I love her and embrace her like it's the last time and it is.
I would go back to my room for the preparations like how to hang myself, put a bullet in my head, cut my wrist, put myself on fire, drink chemicals that could cause me to die or anything that could kill me.
